Katy’s career has been built inside the realities of television production—managing complex shoots, balancing budgets, and keeping projects moving under pressure. As a Production Manager, she has overseen delivery across fast-paced broadcast environments, where organisation, accuracy and timing are critical.
It’s through this hands-on experience that she has seen first-hand how archive workflows can slow teams down. She brings a practical, no-nonsense perspective to the product, focused on creating something that genuinely works for production teams rather than adding another layer of complexity.
Phoebe Sinclair
Co-founder
With a background spanning high-end factual television and industry leadership, Phoebe has spent years working at the sharp end of production—where systems are stretched, timelines are tight, and inefficiencies quickly become costly. As Managing Director of Gritty Talent, she has led initiatives focused on improving how the screen sector works, from talent pipelines to operational delivery.
Alongside her production career, she has developed a strong interest in how data and technology can unlock better ways of working. Her role in the business brings together strategic leadership, industry insight, and a clear focus on building something that solves a real, persistent problem.
Dom Stockdale
CTO
Dom brings a deeply practical approach to software development, shaped by years of building and maintaining web applications from the ground up. With a strong foundation in Ruby on Rails and full stack development, he has worked across everything from system architecture to user experience, with a focus on creating tools that are both robust and intuitive.
As CTO, he leads the technical direction of the platform, working closely with the founders to translate real production challenges into scalable software. His focus is on building technology that is reliable, efficient, and capable of supporting the demands of modern production environments.
